Along with other colleagues in Trax Group, they took it upon themselves to enable the organizations to design and implement robust business transformation strategies by providing solutions that impose best practices, optimize the business processes, train the people and utilize the latest technologies. Ahmed is a multi-certified Supply Chain and project management professional and seasoned consultant with long experience in implementing enterprise business solutions (ERP & CRM).
Dr. Ahmed Farouk
Dr. Ahmed is a Senior Supply Chain Expert and SC Director with 23 years of experience managing and directing end-to-end supply chain operations in multinational and local companies in KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Egypt.
He has wide exposure to several industries in the fields of retail, manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, and oil & gas industries. During the past two decades, he had successfully designed, built, managed, directed, controlled, and synchronized fully integrated supply chain networks in sophisticated business environments which included all supply chain operations elements such as materials planning, procurement, logistics, customs clearance, inventory control, distribution, warehouses management, fleet management, customer service, and production planning. During the last 12 years, Abdelhady was deeply involved in managing the supply chain on a strategic level. He designed and implemented successful supply chain strategies, built and implemented supply chain policies and procedures, designed & monitored KPIs, and managed complete supply chain turnaround projects.
