WHAT IS LET'S CHAIN IT?

Let’s Chain It is a professional value chain & business integration journey introduced to the market by Trax Group. In this journey, the participants will learn and practice how to focus on companywide business processes rather than individual compartmentalized functions. The teams will dive into real business cases; from the purchasing activities to the sales going through the operations and the supply chain. Several strategies and tactics will be learned, the participants will learn how to read, analyze and understand the financial statements, and they will learn how each decision they take in business will have positive/negative effects on the company’s profitability.

The journey is designed to provide Theoretical Professional Knowledge in several business areas, followed by business simulation on a professional Business Simulator to give the participant the chance to apply what he/she just learned in real business cases. After each simulation round all decisions will be analyzed to show the participants what are the right/wrong decisions taken and the effect of each decision on business performance in a risk-free environment.

The Business Scenario:

Stage 3: International Rounds (Global Final)

The top 3 teams in stage 2 will qualify to join the international (global) finals and participate with multiple company teams from other countries. The global final will run virtually during the period from 3 – 14 Nov. 2025.
